Best writer of historical fiction working today. Hector, the “Thrice Named Man” series is currently my favorite of all the many series that I read, including, and I can’t believe I’m writing this, Uhtred of Bebanburg.
Your writing style is so appealing and the dialogue is so crisp, that I can’t imagine it getting any better or anyone doing it any better. Kudos to you, I will always be first in line to buy these books.

Glad that you enjoy the books. To be compared to Bernard Cornwell is a great compliment. I have read most of his books, so, I believe, a little bit of Uhtred has rubbed off on Eochar.
I am currently researching erilaR III. The break is required to allow Ragnar to surface. If all goes according to plan, this chapter will be available in March 2021.
I enjoy writing the books and have no plan to stop. Like with anything in life – the more you do it, the easier it gets.
